PROSPECTIVE RESIDENTS WHO MIGHT BE RIGHT FOR OUR PROGRAM

  • First-time homebuyers who are cautious about buying a home now, but want to be able to purchase a home in the future

  • Potential homeowners who recently relocated and are unsure which neighborhood to live in

  • Potential homeowners who may not be mortgage ready, but want the benefits of living in a single family home

 

LEASE PURCHASE AVAILABLE SEVERAL AREAS AND HOMES TO CHOOSE FROM

Qualifications:

550 Credit Score

Minimum of $45,000+ COMBINED household income

Stable employment 

No evictions in the last 5 years

No felony convictions nor evictions

No pending bankruptcy (1 day out of Chapter 7)

Roughly $3800 Down payment (two months rent)

Move in 30 - 45 days or less

**BUSINESS OWNERS ARE WELCOMED

Step 1

Apply & Get 

approved

Prospective residents start the process by filling out a pre-qualification application that checks key issues

Step 2

Find a Home

Prospective residents will work with a REALTOR® to find a home in an approved community.

Step 3

Home Partners buys the homE

Prospective residents will be required to sign a one year Lease for the home as well as a Right to Purchase Agreement

Step 4

Buy from home partners

We buy the home. You lease it and have the right to buy it later if you want to
