HEALTHY PANCAKES | BANANAS

One of my favorite things to do is make anything I can with old bananas. Sometimes I buy bananas that have a few spots because I know I’m going to use them to recreate some delicious new recipe!


This time its Healthy Blueberry Banana Pancakes, made in my Magic Nutri Bulllet!! Lets get started…


Ingredients      

1 Egg

2 Ripe Bananas

1 Cup Oatmeal (Blended)

1/2c. Almond Milk

1/2t. Cinnamon

1t. Vanilla

1/2t. Baking Powder



Step one: Blend your oatmeal to a fine powder



Step two: Then add your remaining ingredients, and blend until well blended


Step three: Place pan on med heat…then add 1t. of oil to your hot pan.


Step four: Use a 1/4c. to measure out the mix while making your pancakes (I like mines to be the same size)


Step five: Add your blueberries or any other fruit that you like (Or Not) while pancakes are cooking


Step six: Let once side cook for about 2 min and flip your pancake once
